JD Consignments streamlines Pokémon card sales for Canadian collectors, removing shipping hassles and ensuring you get the best value and visibility for your collection.
How We Sell Your Cards
1. Submitting Your Pokémon Cards
Ship your cards to us at P.O. Box 51558 RPO The Beaches, Toronto, Ontario, M4E 3V7.
Either include a slip of paper inside your package with your name, email address and preferred payout method (Interac e-transfer or Wise) or email us at support@jdconsignments.com with this information.
Please indicate if you would like your cards to be entered into our weekly Thursday Night eBay Auctions or if you’d prefer a Fixed Price Consignment. For Fixed Price Consignments, you must include a price on your note or email detailing your asking price for each card. If you do not list a fixed price, your cards will automatically be listed for auction instead.
Please note we have a Fixed Price Consignment minimum of $500 CAD, and we reserve the right to reject the card if we believe it won’t reasonably sell to meet that threshold or the specified price.
2. Selling Your Pokémon Cards For You
For upcoming Thursday Night eBay Auctions, we must receive your items by the previous Monday. Any later and your cards will be listed in the following week’s Thursday Night eBay Auction.
Once we receive your cards, we will email you at your specified email address notifying you of their arrival. We will then send a follow-up email with links to each of your listings on our eBay store, so you can follow your live auctions.
3. Receiving Payment For Your Pokémon Cards
Once your items sell and payment has been received from the buyer, we will reach out to you with your Seller’s Report** and let you know that your sale proceeds are on the way. Expect roughly 5 – 7 business days to receive your payout.
**Your Seller’s Report is a breakdown of all cards that sold in any given week. We will let you know if any of your cards were not paid for in auction. Unpaid cards will be relisted in the following week’s Thursday Night eBay auction.
4. You’re Done!
That’s all! Let us handle all the heavy lifting and sell your cards for you. Check out our consignment rates below to see how much we pay you for a sale!

Consignment Rates
Our consignment rates are the same for both our Thursday Night eBay Auctions and Fixed Price Consignment. We’ll handle all eBay fees and taxes for you!
Example 1: Your item sells for $6,000 in our Thursday Night eBay Auction. You will get $5,400, or 90% of the final sale price.
Example 2: Your item sells for $3,000 in our Fixed Price Consignment. You will get $2,610 or 87% of the final sale price.
Disclaimers
We also accept Sports cards and cards from other TCGs for both our Thursday Night eBay Auction and Fixed Price Consignment.
We do not accept altered, authenticated cards.
We are not currently accepting RAW or sealed product for our Thursday Night eBay Auction (send us an email to have your RAW cards or sealed product listed on our store as a Fixed Price Consignment).
If your item is damaged in transit, it will still be listed but the damage will be noted in the listing title.
We will send anything back that doesn’t meet our criteria or we feel has been stolen or illegitimately obtained, and you will be charged return shipping.
